This only started happening with the recent updates. Mic push to talk always consistently works while in the lobby or while waiting in the que with group members but as soon as the game starts the push to talk stops working and only works intermittently while in game. Most of the time mic push to talk does not work in-game but sometimes half way during the match it works for a minute and then stops working again. Now it is working in-game sometimes but only intermittently. But as soon as you get in game the push to talk stops working. Set this to: Listening & Speaking if it isn't. Manage player-to-player voice chat in-game, and through Desktop and Mobile Apps. Go to the BattleNet account privacy settings website and check: Voice Chat. The mic push to talk only works when in the lobby when your grouped up with a friend or in a group while in the lobby waiting in the que. This is what fixed it for me, since I turned it off in the past. I double checked to make sure the old key bounds were cleared and they are. I realized that no matter what key I assign to mic push to talk it does not work and instead whatever used to be assigned to that key is what happens. When I push the mouse 5 button it still does quick melee even though quick melee is bound to mouse button 4. My mic push to talk still does not work while in game in any modes. I changed my mic push to talk and bound it to mouse button 5 and changed my quick melee and bound it to mouse button 4. Tried everything here Confirm you are not muted Unplug or turn off any additional controls that may be connected to your console Reset any button mapping to.
My push to talk was not working when bound to mouse 4 so I thought it was my mouse button not working. which used to be bound to my quick melee. I have my mic voice chat bound to my mouse button 5.
